We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Care Companion to provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

A Homely Care LLC, a leading home care provider, offers a rewarding opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a current and valid CNA license in Rhode Island, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. We value individuals with empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions while working collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
  • Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
  • Facilitate medication adherence under the guidance of a licensed nurse
  • Assist with mobility and transfer as needed
Requirements
  1. Current and valid CNA license in Rhode Island
  2. Behavioral Health Certification
  3. CPR certification
  4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  5. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
  6. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  7. High school diploma or equivalent
  8. At least one year of recent experience as a CNA
