Job Overview

We are currently inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Representative. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $13.00 per hour along with a $300 Sign-on Bonus. Candidates must be prepared to complete a 2-3 week orientation.

About the Role

As a vital member of our dynamic call center team, you will engage with clients, patients, and customers through inbound and outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the experiences of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients and customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and work ethic.
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining composure.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you must have high-speed broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps Upload and Download. A router/modem for Ethernet connection is required; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted. We will provide the necessary equipment, including a computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, cables, and camera.
