Position Overview:

The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager to drive financial performance and revenue growth for designated locations. This position requires a deep understanding of dental services within the local market and involves ensuring the implementation of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) to foster long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the company’s culture, values, and operational best practices.
  • Act as the acting manager in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate work schedules and delegate tasks to team members effectively.
  • Facilitate the development of strong patient communication skills among team members.
  • Focus the team on executing the Owner Dentists' Clinical Culture to enhance the PPE.
  • Assist in driving consistent revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure compliance with cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide insights on tactics that can improve financial and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain office standards regarding cleanliness and facility upkeep.
  • Lead daily meetings and participate in required discussions.
  • Uphold the integrity of the Pacific Dental Services Brand through decision-making.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in PDS processes and contribute to their enhancement.
  • Act as a catalyst for the Perfect Patient Experience and effective handoffs.
  • Support clinicians in educating patients about the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in line with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or training in dentistry, insurance, or business.
