Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing the administration of the client's SM-DP+ (eSIM Platform)

The position requires collaboration with client stakeholders and customers

The individual will be responsible for creating user documentation

Involvement in testing of Microservices (REST) and traditional web services (SOAP) APIs

Required Skills

Essential Qualifications

+ years of experience with Microservices (REST APIs) and legacy SOAP-based APIs

+ years of experience with Windows and MacOS platforms

Familiarity with major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

Proficient in using developer tools across all mentioned browsers.

Experience with debugging tools for iOS and Android platforms

Demonstrated ability to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven experience in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.

Familiarity with Jira is advantageous

Background in the wireless industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SAAS, Rally, JIRA, and programming skills
