SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will collaborate with production and quality leads to evaluate and execute procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and reliability for all game content developed. This position is responsible for developing and executing tests on new and existing products to ensure that they meet functional and technical requirements to maintain high overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing of applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and quality.
  • Create and maintain test scripts, standards, guidelines, and playbooks for testing and development of best practices.
  • Document and report defects, issues, and areas of improvement as well as manage and prioritize critical defects.
  • Collaborate with QA leadership and Product to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Generate status reports, documentation, and other low-level reports for supervisors and/or product development groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of professional software testing experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Experience with JIRA Web/Mobile testing experience is a plus.
    • QA experience in Social Media Gaming is a plus.
    • Experience in a Software Development environment.
    • Proficient understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Efficiently regulate and prioritize tasks.
    • Meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Strong technical knowledge of computers/mobile devices and ability to effectively troubleshoot computers/mobile devices.
