Position Summary:

The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards, driving sales, managing merchandising efforts, and protecting company assets. This role serves as the lead for the store department and aids in maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Position Specifications:
  • Housing: Potential availability of housing.
  • Expected Compensation: $24.26 per hour.
  • Shift & Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • Skill Level: Advanced.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and uphold a high standard of guest service.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Analyze sales patterns and devise strategies for growth.
  • Manage retail and rental inventory to meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement company cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  • Supervise the sales floor team and rental operations.
  • Act as a mentor, providing training and guidance to the sales team through effective communication.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing, including promotions.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail sales is essential.
  • Experience in the snow sports industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication with colleagues and guests is required.
  • Ability to maintain a solid understanding of products and trends in the industry.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends is required.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $24.26 per hour. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
