Job Overview

Vail Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grooming Supervisor to join our team at Kirkwood Mountain. As a key member of our grooming team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of snow grooming and terrain park operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of groomers to achieve exceptional snow quality and terrain park operations
  • Develop and implement grooming plans to meet guest expectations and resort goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in snow grooming and terrain park operations
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
