About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Talent Leverage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating office projects, providing feedback and assistance in developing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with our sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide feedback and assistance in developing, planning, and laying out marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and engineering team on all issues to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all office issues to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Perform data analysis and preparation of reports for customer, sales, marketing, and other relevant areas.
  • Assist in various office tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience with relevant software applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
