Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee water extraction, demolition, and cleaning processes for properties impacted by fire and water damage
  • Supervise restoration technicians and coordinate their daily activities
  • Ensure production processes are executed as scheduled while maintaining quality control
  • Document detailed and accurate job files to support the services rendered

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math and computer proficiency
  • Preferred experience in cleaning and restoration
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Preferred IICRC certifications
  • A valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
As part of this role, you should be able to:
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Climb ladders and work at heights
  • Work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Work safely with cleaning agents
  • Successfully complete a background check as required by law

Compensation:
Your starting pay will be competitive, beginning at $23.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based increases.
