About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist at Northern Light Inland Hospital is a key member of our Medical Surgical Unit. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Nursing School New Graduate.   • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient's condition including physical, psychological, educational, social, spiritual and discharge planning needs.
  • Exercise judgment in setting goals and directing appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals.
  • Provide leadership through planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care of assigned patients.
