Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees with IT-related issues. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tickets received at the Help Desk in a prompt and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot computer and mobile device issues
- Manage company anti-virus software
- Manage user accounts, group policy, and access guidelines
- Set up and deploy hardware and software for new hires and existing employees
- Support IT function and employees with the rollout of new technology
- Assist with software license management and asset tracking
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- Good organizational, typing, and computer software skills
- Ability to work well with others and present professionalism
