Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage restoration and reconstruction projects, including coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage and develop project scopes
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the restoration and reconstruction industry
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
