Responsibilities

As a Progressive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a variety of patient populations with medical and surgical conditions. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in their condition
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Washington
  • At least one year of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting
  • EKG monitor validation
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred qualifications include ACLS certification and quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification
