Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Systems Specialist to join our team at PM2CM. As an HVAC Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying and collecting building component data on systems installed at District sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection: Use various computer formats to enter data (e.g., Tablets, laptops, Smartphones, etc.) and assess the overall condition and remaining service life of building system components.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other trade surveyors to gather quantities, measurements, boilerplate information, etc., as needed and directed.
  • Ad Hoc Surveys: Conduct/Support ad hoc surveys related to District sites and buildings on an as-needed basis.
  • Leadership: May supervise the performance of staff and survey participants as needed; serve as a resource to staff.

Requirements

We require a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or at least 10 years of experience with on-site construction management teams and campus administrators, faculty, and staff.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
