Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting, and thanking them.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information.
  • Upsell and promote items to increase overall sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Highlight the Do It Best reward program to customers, encouraging their participation to foster customer loyalty.
  • Follow company standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Process checkouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
  • Continuously seek product and project knowledge to better assist customers and identify unique selling opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues with the support and guidance of management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
