Overview

Inspire Healthcare is a leading provider of workplace health solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Physician to join our team as a Chief Clinical Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise with leadership skills in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Description

The Chief Clinical Officer will be responsible for clinically treating patients while overseeing the operational aspects of our centers. This includes recruiting, business metrics, patient satisfaction, and center management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Medicine, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinically treat patients and manage daily operations of the center
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and center performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Mentor and develop clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Ensure compliance with State Practice Act, Rules, and Regulations

Qualifications

  • Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Medicine
  • Unrestricted DEA license
  • Ability to obtain state medical license
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
