Urological Specialist

Catalyst Medical Group LLC is a successful, physician-owned multi-specialty medical group practice. We are recruiting for a dynamic Urologist to help drive change and provide a culture of service, clinical excellence, and work to build the business line.

This position offers a competitive estimated salary of $250,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, wellness incentives, PTO, and CME allowance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with management, providers, and staff to drive clinical excellence, customer service, financial performance, and innovative care approaches. They will also have access to both a fully equipped ASC and hospital OR with a DaVinci Robot for surgeries, as well as an in-office procedure room for appropriate urologic procedures.
