We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director of Audiology to lead our new audiology practice in Lewiston, Maine.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to shape and spearhead the launch of a multi-audiologist practice. As Clinical Director of Audiology, you will oversee the clinical practice, quality, patient experience, and serve as direct supervisor for a team of audiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical leadership and supervision of a team of audiologists
  • Development and implementation of operational processes, strategic plans, and budgets
  • Clinical practice management and quality improvement initiatives
  • Patient-centered care delivery and excellent communication skills

About You:

  • Master's or Au.D. degree in Audiology required
  • Active Audiology licensure and CCC-A certification
  • Valid State of Maine License in Audiology
  • Two years of experience in audiology required
  • Clinical supervisory experience preferred
