About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Clinical Social Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to adults with acute mental illness and substance abuse disorders. This includes conducting psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and participating in interdisciplinary treatment teams.

Key Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Three to five years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in psychotherapy, medical crisis intervention, and solution-focused therapy
  • Experience working with adults with acute mental illness and substance abuse disorders
  • Managed-care experience a plus
  • Licensed by the State of Vermont as a Clinical Social Worker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills
