About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Intergage. As a key member of our Worldwide Medical Learning Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our global projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contracting and invoicing process globally, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors.
  • Lead the planning and execution of live and virtual meetings, including registration website management, venue search, and on-site logistics.
  • Support the development of strategies, tools, and guidance to empower Medical teams across the globe.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process for new staff and contingent workers, including setting up office and virtual requirements.
  • Ensure that issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate person(s) in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative/coordinator experience, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with customer databases and meeting organization is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact cross-functionally and across geographies.
  • Ability to assess workload and prioritize projects under tight deadlines, with a high level of personal commitment and results-orientation.
