The OpportunityWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in cloud migration, Agile methodologies, and client management. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with teammates and government product owners to ensure the successful cloud migration for applications and systems.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver programs of instruction, including training curriculum
- Experience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Suite products
- Facilitate scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders
- Develop documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans according to existing standards and methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions
- Ability to travel to DoD client sites to deliver training
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD
- Experience with cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification
