As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful cloud migration of government teams by facilitating process briefings, liaising across technical teams, and creating customer experience resources.

The Opportunity

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in cloud migration, Agile methodologies, and client management. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with teammates and government product owners to ensure the successful cloud migration for applications and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver programs of instruction, including training curriculum
  • Experience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Suite products
  • Facilitate scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders
  • Develop documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans according to existing standards and methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions
  • Ability to travel to DoD client sites to deliver training
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD
  • Experience with cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformation
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
