We are seeking applications for the position of Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate submitted non-conformances and confirm actual discrepancies in collaboration with the Metrology lab, engaging in necessary conference calls and discussions.
  • Utilize technical expertise to interpret aerospace schematics and blueprints.
  • Manage and direct eNMS tickets as necessary.
  • Complete documentation for change management as required.
  • Generate weekly performance reports outlining key performance indicators (KPIs), including completed and open MRB tickets.
  • Compile time and expense reports.
  • Provide a weekly summary detailing facts, observations, and progress on projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Aviation or Engineering sector.
  • Prior experience with metrology, blueprint interpretation, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) measurement techniques.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence both customers and peers.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies or process improvement initiatives.
