About the Role

This HR Coordinator position is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic HR team at Amtec Contract. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on reporting, onboarding, and employee relations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth processes for employee onboarding, managing HR data, and supporting the broader HR function.

Located in Mission Viejo, CA, this position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and generate regular HR reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
  • Track key HR metrics to identify trends and improve workforce management strategies.
  • Support payroll with accurate and timely input of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and position changes.
  • Assist in preparing government compliance reports and maintaining employee records in HRIS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR coordination or similar role, with a focus on reporting, employee relations, and HR data management.
  • Strong proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
