Job Overview

SAS-20 AAG Asheville Subie, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in meeting dealership sales goals and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the dealership's mission
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
