Key Responsibilities

  • Review and Analyze Documents: Review pleadings and other documents filed by opposing counsel and other parties in litigation, identifying key issues and areas of concern.

  • Schedule Depositions and Mediations: Schedule depositions, mediations, expert witness testimony, and other critical events, ensuring smooth and efficient case management.

  • Manage Schedules and Deadlines: Manage and coordinate schedules and deadlines for all cases assigned to managing attorneys, ensuring timely and effective case management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation, with federal experience being highly desirable.
