- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales within the financial services sector, ideally in a banking or credit union setting.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to influence and motivate senior-level personnel, requiring a high degree of expertise and credibility.
