As a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection services across the Northeast, we are currently seeking an Operations Service Specialist to join our dedicated Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service delivery schedule for a designated area, coordinating up to 10 technicians.
- Optimize daily productivity and revenue by strategically scheduling tasks based on technician capabilities and route efficiency.
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure technician accountability regarding attendance and adherence to the service schedule.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate on creating and refining procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize and promote exceptional customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, project coordination, or facility management is preferred.
- A willingness and capability to learn new technologies, including our industry-specific software, Service Trade, with basic training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- A professional, customer-centric approach to tasks and representation of Encore.
- Familiarity with regional geography is advantageous but not mandatory.
