The Insights Center of Excellence at Lenovo supports data-driven marketing by empowering teams to make informed decisions with actionable insights.

The Customer Insights Manager, Advertising and Campaigns, will ensure best practice research methodology and design to provide stakeholders with reliable, valid, and insightful information to inform decision-making.

This role requires collaboration and effective communication with global stakeholders, with flexibility in daily schedule and a willingness to work outside of typical working hours when meeting with colleagues and agencies in other parts of the world.

The Insights Manager will be a highly detail-oriented, analytical, proactive strategic thinker, with a strong background in market research and a deep understanding of ad testing methodologies.

Key responsibilities include leading primary end-user research using both quantitative and qualitative methods, communicating about best practice methodologies, and delivering insights as a meaningful story.

The right candidate will have a strong background in market research, a deep understanding of ad testing methodologies, and a passion for creative evaluation.

Additional responsibilities include managing other projects and programs within the COE, collaborating with global stakeholders, and leveraging insights throughout the work of the Marketing and product team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in market research, and a proven ability to drive complex, large-scale, multi-country research projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
