Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our hospitality team at PCH, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in our Bar, Pool, and Restaurant outlets. Your primary focus will be on creating and serving a variety of cocktails and drinks, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accurate recipes and proper presentation.
  • Customer Service: Serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized bar inventory and ensure an adequate supply of supplies for smooth operations.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and serving snacks and drinks promptly.
  • Recommendations: Evaluate customers' preferences and needs to provide personalized recommendations for food and drinks.
  • Daily Specials: Promote daily specials and highlight unique offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize exceptional customer service, focusing on guest satisfaction and ensuring a pleasant and memorable visit.
  • Regulations: Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings to stay informed about specials, promotions, and any relevant updates.
  • Supply Management: Handle orders and requisitions of liquors and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and appealing bar display.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by wiping all surfaces nightly and cleaning the floors regularly.
  • Trash Management: Proactively take out trash as needed throughout the night to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Counts: Assist with monthly inventory counts to keep track of stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Gratuity Reporting: Accurately report gratuities according to company guidelines and federal law.
  • Alcohol Service Regulations: Observe and comply with all requirements, training, and restrictions set forth by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) board to ensure strict adherence to alcohol service regulations.
