Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Keyholder to join our team at the PDX Airport location. As a Pendleton Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales through product knowledge, visual merchandising, and effective communication with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual objectives and housekeeping expectations.
  • Monitor store email and respond to business-critical directives in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to promote positive selling and customer service behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with store management, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Perform shift opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is prepared and secured.
  • Develop and execute daily plans, communicating expectations to staff.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring store team compliance.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, escalating issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with store employees, management, and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Computer/POS systems and software skills, with the ability to learn new systems.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, including a minimum of 1 year of shift supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
  • Flexible schedule with nights, holidays, and weekend shifts.
  • Physical dexterity and stamina to reach and lift to complete visual presentations and/or store set up.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
