Customer Service Associate at Marshalls

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Marshalls Central Park Ave. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
