Sales Development Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Stansteel-Hotmix Parts & Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory outreach plans across multi-state regions.
Your primary goal will be to build meaningful relationships with customers through phone calls and emails, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for analyzing and updating internal databases with accurate and detailed customer information.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive training from Day One and a clear pathway for career growth within our family of companies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in business software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems is also required.
