Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and professional Program Management Consultant to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to outline and develop project scope, deliverables, necessary resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Oversee program and project teams to ensure optimal return on investment while coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives.
  • Identify essential requirements from cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Formulate and manage project budgets, ensuring accountability for achieving established business objectives.
  • Work alongside other program managers to pinpoint risks and opportunities across various projects within the department.
  • Assess, evaluate, and mitigate program risks, producing comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a commitment to successful client delivery on every engagement, with success metrics including deliverables met, client satisfaction, and future project recommendations.
  • Strive for operational excellence by meeting or surpassing all utilization targets.
  • Contribute to the culture and personal development at evolv by collaborating effectively, embodying our core values, participating in internal initiatives, and pursuing new certifications.
  • Assist in the growth of evolv by providing referrals and engaging with our internal network.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years in a senior management position, with preference for candidates possessing program management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
