Job Title: Associate Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our Sauer Brands team as an Associate Brand Manager. This role will support marketing and product growth initiatives for the Spice Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy and Management:
    • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns
    • Analyze industry, competition, and market trends
    • Analyze sales and performance data, preparing and presenting reports on brand performance and sales
    • Support strategic marketing plans and annual business planning
    • Support brand portfolio management and commercialization of new product launches
    • Support tracking marketing spend against budget
  • Commercial Support:
    • Partner with sales leads to plan and execute retailer-specific shopper marketing
    • Develop customer presentations in collaboration with sales leads
    • Develop sales collateral (sell sheets, sample support, trend reports)
    • Support eCommerce business with copy, images, content needs
  • Event and Tradeshow Support:
    • Attend and help run tradeshows and marketing events, requiring some evenings and travel

    • Distinctive Brands - meet total spice gross margin measures and meet budgeted revenues

  • Demonstrated Proficiency:
    • Strong quantitative skillsets

    • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT (Power BI, IRI/Nielsen, Inmar is a plus)
    • Experience managing business operations and leveraging basic finance and accounting principles
    • Ability to work and thrive under time constraints and juggle/prioritize responsibilities
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, plan for alternative scenarios, and make sound judgment decisions

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or accounting
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, consulting or finance
