Brand Manager Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our Sauer Brands team as an Associate Brand Manager. This role will support marketing and product growth initiatives for the Spice Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy and Management:
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns
- Analyze industry, competition, and market trends
- Analyze sales and performance data, preparing and presenting reports on brand performance and sales
- Support strategic marketing plans and annual business planning
- Support brand portfolio management and commercialization of new product launches
- Support tracking marketing spend against budget
- Commercial Support:
- Partner with sales leads to plan and execute retailer-specific shopper marketing
- Develop customer presentations in collaboration with sales leads
- Develop sales collateral (sell sheets, sample support, trend reports)
- Support eCommerce business with copy, images, content needs
- Event and Tradeshow Support:
- Attend and help run tradeshows and marketing events, requiring some evenings and travel
- Business Key Performance Indicators:
- Operational Excellence - support in achieving the brand's net sales goals
- Core Market Focus - support growth in the brand's core market share
- Distinctive Brands - meet total spice gross margin measures and meet budgeted revenues

- Demonstrated Proficiency:
- Strong quantitative skillsets
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Ability to analyze and apply data for metrics-driven results
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT (Power BI, IRI/Nielsen, Inmar is a plus)
- Experience managing business operations and leveraging basic finance and accounting principles
- Ability to work and thrive under time constraints and juggle/prioritize responsibilities
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, plan for alternative scenarios, and make sound judgment decisions
- Comfortable leading and problem solving through ambiguity
- Ability to rollup sleeves and get things done with minimal direction

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or accounting
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, consulting or finance
