Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

  • Aid with movement and placement of patients, promoting safe and efficient care transitions.
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, fostering independence and dignity.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff, facilitating timely interventions and care planning.
  • Document necessary records accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment, upholding high standards of infection control and safety.
