Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Tech to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to provide individualized care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, facilitate group therapy sessions, and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting positive interactions and relationships among patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, including treatment plans and goal achievements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred
- Two years of experience working with individuals who have mental health or developmental problems
- One year of employment with a facility required to serve as a mentor
- BLS certification required
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive compensation, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement.
