Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must have:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field


Experience: 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams


Skillset: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
