About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and high-quality customer service. This includes managing inventory, controlling costs, handling cash transactions, and leading a team to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating change accurately.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
