Job Overview
At Oakland Insurance Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible insurance solutions.

Compensation
We offer an attractive base salary of $80,000 per year, plus bonus and commission programs that can significantly increase your earnings. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, hands-on training, tuition reimbursement, and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our client base and increase sales revenue.
  • Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
  • Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
  • Meet business production goals and objectives as established by management.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License required; Life & Health License a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines account management at an independent agency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Applied Systems EPIC knowledge and Comparative Rating Software experience a plus.
  • Exemplary time management and attention to detail.
