Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn Danbury. As a key member of our hotel management company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and exceeding planned objectives for RevPar, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies based on demand and market conditions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or two to four years related management experience.
- Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data.
- Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines, and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
