Position Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the accurate tracking and handling of inventory and recyclable materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct processing and disposal of recyclable and waste materials generated throughout the facility.
- Oversee the loading of trailers with materials for safe transport by carriers.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or issues that may disrupt operations in the Recycling and Scrap area.

Recycling Duties
- Collect recyclables, waste, and wood materials from designated production areas.
- Operate the cardboard baler safely and efficiently, utilizing the cage lift for loading.
- Manage the disposal of waste materials into the trash compactor.

Quality Assurance
- Identify and report any irregularities or concerns regarding units, parts, or equipment.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize equipment and materials in a safe and approved manner.
- Adhere to housekeeping and maintenance standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Proficient in using hand jacks, carts, or powered industrial equipment for product delivery.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and computer skills is preferred.
