Role Summary:


The Safety Operations Coordinator, under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring that SIS standards and protocols are upheld in all field services, operations, and functions within the designated area. This includes conducting site assessments, responding to emergencies, reviewing surveillance footage, liaising with clients, and undertaking special projects as assigned.

All tasks must be executed in compliance with client policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a secure and professional environment for clients and their guests
  • Conduct foot patrols and provide escorts to secure assigned locations
  • Respond promptly to incidents as they arise
  • Maintain a positive demeanor daily, representing our brand, the client, and yourself with professionalism
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must obtain and maintain state Guard Certification as mandated by local laws, along with any client-required certifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards while in uniform
