Job Title: Regional Rep Director

Job Summary:

The Regional Rep Director is responsible for leading the sales team in a specific region to achieve annual sales goals and expand the company's market share. This role requires a strong understanding of the VRF product line and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in the region to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Provide technical support and training to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell the VRF product line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the VRF industry.
  • Strong understanding of the VRF product line and its applications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
