About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automated Test Engineer to join our team in support of a large Department of Veterans Affairs nationwide program.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with expertise in automation tools and technologies. This is a full-time position that requires experience working in an agile environment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing test automation strategies
  • Creating and executing automated tests
  • Extending existing test automation frameworks and tools
  • Integrating with CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Troubleshooting and documenting defects
  • Documenting QA procedures for the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and testing
  • Experience using at least two automation tools/technologies
  • Java, C#, or Python development experience
  • Experience with EDI and financial transaction systems (helpful but not mandatory)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
