Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Development Specialist to join our team at ROUSH. As a key member of our facilities development group, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing facility development projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and purchasing.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
