Senior Behavioral Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. This role is located in the Greenfield, CA area and will be responsible for working with individuals and families to develop and implement evidence-based interventions.

As a Senior Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). You will also implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
You will collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans. Your expertise will be valued as you stay up-to-date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.

RequirementsTo be considered for this Senior Behavioral Specialist role, you must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist. You should possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Experience working with children or adults with behavioral challenges is highly desirable.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
