Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the aerospace industry by conducting audits and implementing effective quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and monitor performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
  • Design and execute quality tests and inspections to validate product and process integrity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining AS9100, the quality management standard specific to the aerospace industry.
  • Strong expertise in conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100 requirements and other relevant quality standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and the ability to apply quality principles to optimize production and ensure product integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex quality issues.
