About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Greenfield, MA. As an Autism Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals who share your passion for making a meaningful impact on children and families in need of autism services. Our team is dedicated to transforming lives together by providing high-quality therapeutic and behavioral health services nationwide.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
* Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, you will assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
* Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

Requirements:
* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays
* Childcare experience required

Compensation: $24-$32 per hour

This position requires a 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.
