  • Capability to navigate stairs and climb ladders up to 6 feet in height.
  • Proficient in operating commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and extractors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including basic diagrams.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for on-call duties during emergencies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three years of custodial or housekeeping experience is necessary.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
  • Position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandatory use of two-way radios is required for communication.
