Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year.

Job Description

As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our compliance program activities.

You will assist with planning, education, assessment, testing/monitoring, and other compliance program functions, with a particular focus on clinical/billing compliance and data analytics.

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and investigate compliance complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and industry partners to develop and maintain relationships that drive business growth.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance our compliance program.

Your expertise in billing/coding and data analytics will enable you to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in billing/coding and data analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software packages like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Prior experience with data analytics tools like Spotfire, Tableau, and ACL is highly desirable.
